A creative and results-driven professional, Matt Good brings over two decades of leadership expertise to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Central Naples office. An accomplished real estate executive, he has extensive sales and management experience in all facets of our business. In addition to owning and operating a residential realty firm, he has held key leadership positions with the largest brokerage company in the United States.

A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School CEO Series Leadership program, Matt has a proven ability to effectively communicate and facilitate team building. A certified trainer through Integrity Coaching, he possesses the knowledge, skills and tools to help empower others. He has also been trained through Six Sigma, an approach used to improve business processes by utilizing statistical analysis rather than guesswork. His skill set and operational background have resulted in a track record of delivering exceptional service and results.

Matt proudly served as a board member and treasurer of Moveable Feast, whose mission is to provide nutritious foods and other services that preserve quality of life for people with HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening conditions. Passionate about aviation, he is a single engine commercial pilot and multi-engine instrument rated private pilot. Matt is also an avid golfer and loves all things outdoors. Above all else, he is devoted to his wife Paige, and their sons, Mac and Hanson.
